Getting to Know About the Founder of GCN & the Future
Hey everyone,
I’m glad that you’ve come across my website! I want to share some quick details about my background and also detail more about the future of this website.
I'm Eddie, but my friends call me EJ. I started my gaming journey back in the early 90s with a classic NES console that was a true gateway to endless adventures. My very first games were the iconic Super Mario and the unforgettable Duck Hunt, which captivated my attention for hours on end. As my passion for gaming continued to grow, I dove into a variety of other titles, including Punch Out, Tetris, and I distinctly remember Mighty Final Fight, which quickly became my all-time favorite beat-em-up game. As I continued to evolve in the gaming world, I later got my hands on a Sega Genesis where I enjoyed racing through the vibrant worlds of Sonic and diving into the unique gameplay of Comix Zone. Receiving new consoles during the magical Christmas season felt like bringing a whole new gaming store into the comfort of my own room. Those joyful times were truly enchanting!
Over time, I’ve owned more 7th, 8th, and current-gen consoles. I enjoy gaming across genres, especially Action-Adventure and JRPGs. While I'm active on various social media, I primarily use X (formerly Twitter). I see gamers engaging in discussions about new games and industry news, and I want to join in while encouraging community and understanding of my blogs.
This website is for gamers to discuss and share opinions about the gaming industry that’s being discussed. My blog articles reflect my views on current issues. In the future, I plan to offer a tiered subscription service. You won’t have to buy anything to access my general blogs, but in-depth articles on controversial topics will be behind a paywall. I will also provide additional benefits for monthly subscribers.
I can’t wait to share my blogging journey with you all soon!
Keep on gaming!
