GamerCredNation Terms of Service

1. Overview

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the guidelines for participation in GamerCredNation. By accessing or using our services, you agree to adhere to the rules and guidelines outlined below. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including account termination.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1 Prohibited Language and Behavior

• Users shall not use any racial slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory language targeting an individual or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, or other personal characteristics.
• Harassment, threats, or offensive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Avoid language that is inflammatory, provocative, or likely to cause harm.

2.2 Respectful Interaction

• Treat all community members with respect and courtesy.
• Constructive dialogue and criticism are encouraged, but personal attacks are strictly prohibited.
• Follow the platform’s additional content guidelines where applicable.

3. Enforcement Policy: Three-Strike Rule

To ensure fairness and transparency, a three-strike enforcement policy will be implemented:

3.1 First Strike

• A warning will be issued, explaining the violation and the necessary corrective actions.
• The user may be required to review the community guidelines before continuing participation.

3.2 Second Strike

• A temporary suspension from the platform (e.g., 24–72 hours).
• An official notification will include a detailed explanation of the violation.

3.3 Third Strike

• Permanent ban from the platform.
• All user privileges will be revoked, and appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Reporting Violations

Community members are encouraged to report any violations of this Agreement. Reports can be submitted through GamerCredNation’s reporting mechanism, and all reports will be reviewed by our moderation team.

5. Appeal Process

Users who receive disciplinary action may appeal the decision by contacting askgcnow@gmail.com. Appeals must include:

• The user’s account information.
• A detailed explanation of why the decision should be reconsidered.

The appeal will be reviewed by a moderator, and a final decision will be communicated within 14 business days.

6. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in GamerCredNation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement.
